Reservation-specific terms apply
Cancellation terms can vary by vehicle category, service type, date, destination, event, reservation size, affiliate arrangement and other special requirements. The terms supplied with your quote or reservation confirmation are the terms that apply to that service.
How to cancel or request a change
Contact us as soon as possible by calling (407) 222-2299 or emailing privatechauffeurviplimo@gmail.com. A cancellation or change is not complete until it has been acknowledged by Private Chauffeur VIP Limo or the applicable booking provider.
Include the reservation name, service date and confirmation information, but do not email payment-card details.
Possible charges
Depending on the confirmed terms and timing, a cancellation, late change, no-show, reduced vehicle requirement or shortened reservation may be nonrefundable or may result in a charge. Special events, holidays, group vehicles, affiliate services and dedicated multi-day arrangements may carry different requirements.
Flights, cruises and schedule changes
A delayed or changed flight or cruise schedule does not automatically cancel a reservation. Please communicate material changes as soon as possible so the service can be reviewed. Adjustments remain subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability and the confirmed reservation terms.

We encourage every customer to review the cancellation, payment, waiting-time and change provisions included with the quote or confirmation before finalizing the reservation. Contact us before booking if any term is unclear.
