- Travel agency, business-address and professional credential information submitted for partner verification

How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate and provide transportation, communicate reservation details, administer loyalty and travel-agent applications, verify professional credentials, manage approved partner relationships, improve our services and meet legal or operational obligations.
Marketing messages are sent only when appropriate consent has been provided. You may ask to stop receiving them at any time.
Booking, payment and service providers
Online booking and payment functions may be provided by Moovs or another authorized service provider. Payment-card information is processed by the applicable payment provider and is not stored directly by this website.
We may share the minimum information reasonably necessary with chauffeurs, affiliates and vendors involved in a confirmed service, or with technology providers supporting website hosting, communications and reservation operations.
Cookies, security and retention
The website and its service providers may use essential technical data, cookies or similar technologies for security, functionality and performance.
