We collect information that you voluntarily provide when requesting a quote, booking transportation, contacting us, joining the VIP Loyalty Program or applying to the Travel Agent Partner Program.
- Name, email address and telephone number
- Pickup, destination, date, time, flight and itinerary details
- Passenger, luggage, vehicle and special-service requirements
- Loyalty enrollment details and communication preferences
- Travel agency, business-address and professional credential information submitted for partner verification
- Messages and other information you choose to send us
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate and provide transportation, communicate reservation details, administer loyalty and travel-agent applications, verify professional credentials, manage approved partner relationships, improve our services and meet legal or operational obligations.
Marketing messages are sent only when appropriate consent has been provided. You may ask to stop receiving them at any time.
Booking, payment and service providers
Online booking and payment functions may be provided by Moovs or another authorized service provider. Payment-card information is processed by the applicable payment provider and is not stored directly by this website.
We may share the minimum information reasonably necessary with chauffeurs, affiliates and vendors involved in a confirmed service, or with technology providers supporting website hosting, secure form verification, email delivery, communications and reservation operations.
Text messaging privacy
Customers may separately choose reservation-related text messages, and chauffeurs may separately choose dispatch text messages. These choices are optional. We record the mobile number, consent choice, time, and disclosure presented so we can honor and document messaging preferences. Message frequency varies with bookings or assignments; message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We also do not share this information with affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that deliver and operate the requested messages may process this information only to support that service. We do not use purchased SMS contact lists. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help once text messaging is active. Cookies, security and retention
The website and its service providers may use essential technical data, cookies or similar technologies for security, functionality and performance. Protected forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, rate limiting and automated-spam screening. Security providers may process technical information such as an IP address, browser characteristics and verification results to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand general website usage, such as page visits, device type and traffic source. Google processes this data under its own privacy terms, and IP anonymization is enabled in our website configuration.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information and retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for service, business, tax, recordkeeping or legal purposes. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct or delete personal information we control, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. We do not sell personal information. This website and our services are not directed to children under 13.
