Quotes and reservation confirmation
A quote request, form submission or online inquiry is not by itself a confirmed reservation. Service is confirmed only after the required itinerary, vehicle availability, payment arrangements and applicable terms have been completed and a confirmation has been issued.
Rates and availability may change until the reservation is confirmed. Please review the confirmation promptly and report any incorrect date, time, location, flight, passenger, luggage or contact details.
Passenger and itinerary responsibilities
- Provide accurate reservation, passenger, luggage and flight information
- Be present at the confirmed meeting location and follow pickup instructions
- Comply with vehicle-safety rules and applicable law
- Advise us promptly of material itinerary or passenger changes
- Do not damage, misuse or create an unsafe condition in a vehicle
Vehicles, availability and affiliates
Specific makes, models, years, configurations, amenities and capacities are subject to availability. A comparable vehicle within the confirmed category may be provided when necessary.
Transportation in some markets may be coordinated through qualified affiliates or other authorized providers. Local availability, access rules, operating conditions and provider requirements may apply.
Travel Agent Partner Program
Submitting a travel-agent application does not guarantee approval, establish an agency relationship or create a right to commission. Applications and professional credentials are reviewed before participation is approved.
Approved commission terms, eligible reservations, attribution requirements, payment timing, exclusions, cancellations and chargebacks are governed by the written partner terms issued to the approved agent. Only completed, fully paid reservations properly attributed to an active agent code may qualify unless the written terms state otherwise.
Changes, cancellations and service conditions
Changes and cancellations are governed by the terms included with the applicable quote or reservation confirmation. Additional time, waiting, stops, parking, tolls, cleaning, damage or material itinerary changes may result in additional charges when allowed by the confirmed terms.
Weather, traffic, road closures, flight changes, facility restrictions and other circumstances beyond reasonable control can affect timing or service. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate and coordinate when these conditions arise.
